Diet 

Primarily eats fruit, and also consumes nectar and insects.

Appearance

The Asian Fairy-bluebird has sexually dimorphic colouring; males are black and brilliant electric blue with red eyes, while females are duller, with brownish-blue upper parts and a dark turquoise body.

Distribution 

Asian Fairy-bluebirds are found throughout Thailand, particularly in the northern regions.

Asian Fairy-bluebirds are social birds and can be seen foraging in pairs or small groups, for fruit, insects and nectar

Breeding is from February to April. They build cup-shaped nests in small trees or saplings using moss, twigs, and grass.
