Appearance
The Red-breasted Parakeet is a green bird with a striking salmon-pink breast and a bluish-grey head. It is distinguished by a black "moustache" stripe under the beak. Adult males have a bright red bill, while females have a black bill.
Distribution
Red-breasted Parakeets are found in the north, central, and southern regions, in deciduous and dry forests, cultivated areas, and human settlements.
Red-breasted Parakeets are very social birds, often found in groups of 6-10, but can gather in larger flocks of up to 50 when food is abundant. They roost communally in tall trees or bamboo thickets.
Breeding is between December and April. They typically nest in hollows of trees.

Distribution
The Vernal Hanging Parrot is found throughout Thailand, preferring evergreen and deciduous forests, forest edges, plantations, and orchards.
Vernal hanging parrots are known for their unique upside-down sleeping and feeding habits, soft chirps, and agile movements. They are often seen in small flocks.
Breeding is typically from January to April. They are a cavity-nesting using natural holes in rotten tree stems or branches. The female lines the nest with fragments of leaves.
