
Kui Buri National Park is located in the Tenasserim Hills in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.
It is approximately 283 km from Bangkok and 87 km from Hua Hin.
The park was established in 1999 and became 90th national park in Thailand.
Kui Buri consists of dry evergreen and moist evergreen forests.
It is home to 54 mammal species, 260 + bird species and 60 known reptile species.
Notable species include: large numbers of Asian Elephants and Gaur, Bengal Tiger, Indochinese Leopard and Malayan Tapir.
Kui Buri National Park covers an area of 969 km².
